Tri-City Partner's Goal:
Reduce youth tobacco use
and access

Preventing youth from starting to smoke is key. Prevention saves lives, lowers health care costs, and prevents youth from a lifetime of addiction.

Prevention, research, facts and quit smoking programs can be found here.

Tri-City Partners (TCP) have been an active presence in the Bloomington, Edina, and Richfield communities since 1995. TCP's first objectives were on tobacco control issues, specifically eliminating tobacco sales in area pharmacies. Over the years, the focus of Tri-City has grown to include a variety of risk behaviors.
