Tri-City Partners (TCP)
have been an active presence in the Bloomington, Edina, and Richfield communities
since 1995. TCP's first objectives were on tobacco control issues - specifically,
eliminating tobacco sales in area pharmacies. Over the years, the focus of Tri-City
Partners has grown to include a variety of risk behaviors.
