First Step Workshop
The Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation offers its smoking cessation program through a 2½-3 hour workshop (1-2 sessions). It is a readiness-centered program, which is offered upon request. For more information, call 612-863-1685.

Nicotine Anonymous

Eight 45-minute sessions during school; consists of what to do instead of smoking or chewing, how to deal with stress, how to avoid gaining weight, and how to deal with withdrawal symptoms. No cost.
